Services and Facilities

You will find an overview of all the services and facilities that are offered in Walibi World below.

Have a look under F.A.Q. if you still have any questions.

Baby services

There are changing tables in some of the toilet areas in the theme park, where you can change your baby’s nappy. These locations are shown on the map. Some of the restaurants have microwave ovens for heating bottles or food.

Special baby-leaflets are available from the information desk next to the park entrance. All baby care locations are mentioned in this leaflet, as well as some handy tips for our youngest guests.

Lockers

For safety reasons, it is not permitted to take loose objects with you on some of the rides. Walibi World recommends that you should not leave any personal belongings behind unattended.

You can rent a locker at the Uptown shop in the Passage. The small lockers are 25 x 30 x 40 centimetres, and cost € 3.00 a day. The large lockers are 55 x 40 x 40 centimetres, and cost € 5.00 a day. We also have large group lockers available; these have space for up to 30 bags. A group locker can be rented for € 15.00 a day.

A deposit of € 10.00 is charged for the keys for all lockers: This deposit will be refunded to you when you return the key.

Bicycle Shelter

Unguarded bicycle racks for parking your bike are available free of charge at Walibi World. This bike shelter can be found on the parking lot in front of the park entrance.

Toilets

All toilets in the park can be used free-of -charge. Special toilets for disabled persons can be found in Ristorante Alfredo’s, Boris’ Pancake House, on the left behind the Hacienda and in the Uptown shop.

Map

You can buy a comprehensive map complete with an illustrated booklet at the parking area ticket offices. You will also receive a simple map free-of-charge at the entrance control point. There are two map boards in the park itself.

Disabled persons

Walibi World has special options for disabled persons

  • A wheelchair can be rented from the information desk for a deposit of € 50.00. Walibi World has only a limited number of wheelchairs available, however, and reservation is not possible.
  • Toilets for disabled persons can be found at the following locations in the park: Ristorante Alfredo, Boris" Pancake House, on the left behind the Hacienda and in the Uptown shop.

In order to be entitled to the conditions for disabled persons with regard to the attractions, a person needs to be visibly in need of a vehicle (for example a wheelchair or crutches) and be in the possession of a disabled person pass.

This pass can be obtained free-of-charge from the Walibi World Information Desk. With this pass, you can enter most of the attractions in the park via the exit or a special entrance, together with a maximum of three companions per disabled person. If you are in a larger group, the additional people must enter the attraction by the normal entrance.

Are you not visibly dependent on a vehicle? In this case, you can pick up your disabled person pass from the information desk by producing a doctor’s certificate.

First Aid

The First Aid Post is situated next to Dolce Vita, near the Piccolini carousel. Whenever necessary, guests will receive quick and efficient medical care from qualified and experienced First Aid staff.

Picnics

You can bring your own food and drink to Walibi World. Picnic areas are located at the parking area, at the children’s farm, and beside the path between the Crazy River and the Saloon.

Lost and Found

Any lost or found objects can be reported to the Information Desk. Any found objects will be kept there during the day of your visit. The day after, any objects that have been found are brought to the First Aid Post, where they will be kept until their owner collects them.

We will contact you as soon as your lost object is found. You can also contact us yourself by phone on weekdays between 10 and 11 a.m. on 0321 – 32 99 88.

Dogs

Dogs are not allowed in the park. Walibi World does not have kennels available where you could leave your dog.

Guide dogs for blind people and dogs guiding people with a physical or a mental disability are the only dogs that may enter Walibi World.

Buggy"s

Walibi World has buggies available for rent, at a charge of € 10.00 plus a deposit of € 20.00. Buggies can be rented from the Uptown shop in the Passage. It is not possible to reserve a buggy in advance.

Lost children should report to a Walibi World staff member as soon as possible. Our staff members will then contact you immediately. Lost children will be accompanied to the First Aid Post.
